You cannot register a new account if one already exists. Use the Forgot Password function on the Rent Cafe home screen to reset your existing account’s password.
Do you have an email address on file with us?
You cannot register without first supplying the Property Management team with your primary email address. Please email or call your property management office.
Have you changed your email address on file with us?
Your email address may have been updated in our system, which would be tied to your Rent Cafe account. Ensure the email address you are trying to log in with is the one you provided to our property.
Has your account been deactivated?
If you are receiving an error message stating that your account has been deactivated, you are prevented from logging into your account. Contact the office for more assistance.
